Competitive Speech class gives students the opportunity to travel to other schools around the state and participate in debate and individual tournament events. Interscholastic competition is a critical component of making the debate class an effective experience. 

In order to compete in Speech and Debate tournaments, and maintain a GPA of 2.0 or higher and cannot have more than 1 F (Failing Grade) in their classes.
